Terms of Service

Last updated July 18, 2026

1. The service

blueberrry AI provides a private gateway to configured third-party AI models, customer access credentials, usage controls, and subscription administration. Model availability, response quality, and latency may change because parts of the service depend on upstream providers.

2. Accounts and access keys

You must provide an email address you control and keep your blueberrry API key and account password confidential. Activity performed with your key or signed-in account is treated as activity on your account. Contact support@blueberrry.net promptly if a key or password may have been exposed.

3. Monthly plans and usage

Each plan includes the combined token allowance shown at checkout for one billing cycle. Allowances reset at renewal and do not roll over, transfer, or have cash value. Requests may be paused when the allowance is reached or when a subscription is canceled, paused, overdue, or otherwise inactive.

4. Billing and renewal

Live subscriptions will renew monthly until canceled. Paddle hosts checkout and handles payment information; blueberrry AI does not receive raw card numbers. Prices, taxes, currency, renewal date, and any applicable Paddle terms are shown in checkout before an order is submitted.

5. Prepaid Credits and promotions

Prepaid Credits are one-time, non-recurring purchases that are added to the access account after payment is confirmed. Credits are applied to eligible gateway usage when no active monthly allowance is available. They are not money, are not transferable, cannot be withdrawn, and have no cash value. A promotion applies only when it is displayed at checkout or on the pricing page with its stated terms; any extra Credits shown are added to the account after confirmed payment.

6. Acceptable use

You may not use the service to break the law, harm others, bypass security or usage controls, distribute malware, interfere with the service, resell credentials without written permission, or violate an upstream provider's policies. Access may be limited or suspended to protect customers, providers, or the service.

7. AI output

AI output may be incomplete, inaccurate, or unsuitable for a particular purpose. You are responsible for reviewing output before relying on it, especially for medical, legal, financial, safety-critical, or other high-impact decisions.

8. Cancellation and refunds

You may cancel before the next renewal to avoid a new charge. Refund requests are handled under the Refund Policy and any mandatory consumer rights that apply.

9. Contact and payment records

Service and account notices may be sent to support@blueberrry.net. Paddle provides the payment receipt and seller-of-record information for purchases completed through its checkout. Nothing in these terms limits mandatory consumer rights.
